Help Us Improve Your Public Transport Experience

The City of Cape Town is conducting a test passenger survey at a selection of MyCiTi stations and stops through its contractor Zutari — and we want to hear from you. This digital survey is your opportunity to share your experience, preferences, and suggestions as a commuter in the City of Cape Town.

Although this is a test survey, your responses will also play a key role in shaping the full survey that will be rolled out across the entire MyCiTi network later this year.

Where and when?

Our survey will take place at selected MyCiTi stations and stops throughout the network from the 23 to 28 June 2025:

  • Survey personnel will be clearly identifiable by City of Cape Town ID badges.
  • They will assist you in accessing and completing the digital survey on-site.
  • It only takes a few minutes to complete.
