The planned Hanover Park station is one of ten closed stations that form part of Phase 2A.The station will be located within the central median of Govan Mbeki Road in Philippi, between the pedestrian crossings at Shadwin Road and Hanover Park Avenue. The station is configured as a closed median station comprising two pods connected by one link, with a single median-accessed entrance. Provision has been made within the substructure for a future third pod to accommodate future expansion.
