Penalty refunds now available at station info terminals
Passengers who experienced card penalties in error from 17 December 2025 until 31 January 2026 are advised that their refunds are now available.
These passengers can visit any station info terminal to redeem their refund:
1. Tap your myconnect card at a station info terminal
A pop-up message will appear:
“Top up available. Please tap again to apply.”
2. Tap your card again at the info terminal to apply the refund
A success message will appear at the bottom of the screen:
“Top up has been applied.”
3. Your refund is now loaded onto your card and ready for use
Passengers affected after 31 January 2026
A limited number of passengers experienced penalties after 31 January 2026 and were asked to complete refund application forms. These refunds are being processed case by case, and affected passengers will be notified directly once their refunds are available at a station info terminal.
