  • Hand in your written comment or objection at: Subcouncil 9, Site B Khayelitsha Shopping Centre, Khayelitsha / Subcouncil 12, Lentegeur Administrative Building, corner of Melkbos and Merrydale Roads, Lentegeur / Subcouncil 13, Fezeka Council Chambers, corner of Govern Mbeki and Steve Biko Drive, Gugulethu. 

Objections will be considered before a final decision is reached. 

The City’s Public Participation Unit will assist those who cannot read or write, live with disabilities or who are from disadvantaged groups and unable to submit written comments.
