At Civic Centre, these buses will arrive and depart from a temporary stop located at the drop-and-go on Hertzog Boulevard, directly next to the Civic Centre building.

• On weekdays, there will be a mix of leased and permanent buses. The leased buses will use the temporary stop while the permanent buses will dock at platform 12 inside the station.
• On weekends, all buses will depart from platform 12 inside the station.

What you need to know

• Ambassadors will be present at Civic Centre to direct passengers.
• If you get on or off at the temporary stop at Civic Centre, you must tap in and tap out on the bus.
• To transfer to another route inside Civic Centre, tap out on the bus and then go to the station entrance to tap in and continue your journey. You will not pay extra - you can transfer from one bus or route to another within 45 minutes and pay one fare for the total distance.
• The leased buses do not have ramps, wheelchair space and other universal access features. Affected passengers are advised to rather wait for one of the permanent buses.
• These buses may look different inside but will be clearly branded like other MyCiTi buses and the same rules apply.
