The City of Cape Town, through its contractor Zutari, is conducting a passenger survey at selected MyCiTi stations and stops – and we’d like to hear from you.

This is your opportunity to share your experience, preferences, and suggestions as a MyCiTi commuter.

When and where?

The survey will take place across the MyCiTi network from 11 to 19 June 2026, between 06:00 and 18:00, at selected stations and stops.

What to expect

  • Survey staff will be clearly identifiable with City of Cape Town ID badges.
  • They will assist you in accessing and completing the survey on-site.

Your feedback will help us to:

  • Better understand the commuter experience in Cape Town
  • Learn how different passengers use MyCiTi services
  • Identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Make informed decisions to enhance routes, frequency, facilities, and overall service
