Passengers are invited to try out the first of our replacement card information readers at Civic Centre station.

The card information readers will soon replace the info terminals at all MyCiTi stations, which are reaching the end of their service life. These devices allow passengers to scan their myconnect card to quickly access the card balance and view past transactions.

Passengers are encouraged to help test the replacement card reader and to share feedback by mail to transport.info@capetown.gov.za

Passengers can also continue to scan their cards at the existing info terminals while testing of the replacement device is underway.
