Residents of Pioneer Valley can now easily connect with MyCiTi services from the new Hawking stop on Discovery Drive. Buses will travel through Parklands and on to Table View, where passengers can change to a number of routes serving other MyCiTi destinations
Our fares change on 1 July. We know times are tough, so we’re keeping costs as low as we can.
Late-night services are temporarily cancelled on most routes from 1 March 2021 due to low demand. Please take note of new times for the last bus on your route. Thanks for avoiding non-essential travel and please stay safe
On 27 June, we’re adding new stops in Atlantis, Hout Bay and along Koeberg Road in response to requests from passengers. These changes make it easier to connect with MyCiTi and the use of temporary stops allows for these locations to be tested before building permanent stops.

MyCiTi fares are based on when you start your journey and the distance in kilometres travelled, grouped into distance bands.
Peak fares apply to journeys that start on a weekday between 06:45 - 08:00 and 16:15 - 17:30. Saver fares apply if you start your journey outside Peak hours on a weekday, or any time on weekends and public holidays.
Load a Mover package on your card to save on fares or you will pay Standard fares.
Load a Mover package and save on travel at all times. Available from MyCiTi station kiosks in the following amounts: R35, R50, R60, R80, R100, R150, R200, R300, R400 and R600.
Load any amount of money as Standard and use the value loaded for fares and to make small purchases at retailers.
